Présentation

Background

Born within the frozen walls of Whispernight Manor, Trixxelyna was the forbidden child of Lord Vaelric of Whispernight, a noble of high Ishgardian blood, and a woman from distant Hingashi whose beauty had ensnared his heart during a diplomatic journey.
But their passion was fleeting — her mother perished giving birth, leaving behind nothing but a forbidden memory… and a child whose features betrayed her origin.

Hidden from the world, Trixxelyna grew up among shadows and silences, tutored in secret in the etiquette of the noble houses and the rudiments of magick.
Her father, though he loved her dearly, knew she could never inherit his legacy — not in a city ruled by purity and faith.
Thus, he raised her not to reign, but to survive, to one day walk beyond the gates of her gilded prison as a free adventurer.

Yet isolation kindled in her a fierce curiosity for the world beyond.
From her tower’s window she would watch children play in Ishgard’s lower streets, merchants shout across the bustling markets, and dream of feeling the cold air of the city herself.
One full-moon night, unable to bear her confinement any longer, she escaped the manor, dressed in nothing but shadow and silk.
There, in the snow-veiled streets of the Holy See, she met a boy whose charm and warmth captured her heart in an instant…
But sweetness turned to betrayal — for a handful of coins, he sold her secret to the inquisitors.

That same night, men of the Holy See stormed Whispernight Manor.
Her father was accused of heresy, condemned for siring a child born of forbidden blood.
In the chaos, Trixxelyna fled through the snow, her tears freezing on her lashes as flames devoured her home.
The fire rose higher than the city’s walls, and the cries of her father echoed until the wind itself fell silent.

From that night forth, her heart turned to ice.
Trixxelyna walks the world as a winter rose — beautiful, alluring… and perilously thorned.

Personality

Beneath her refined manners and noble poise, Lady Trixxelyna is a living contradiction.
Playful, seductive, and dangerously provocative, she delights in toying with hearts and emotions — simply to see how far someone dares to dance with her.
She plays with affection as one might with a blade — sometimes out of curiosity, sometimes to hide a loneliness she would never confess.

Her humor drips like honeyed poison, her words a dance between invitation and danger.
Her silver eyes shimmer with mischief, and her smile, soft yet treacherous, hides a sorrow she’s turned into elegance.
Behind that dark charm lies a wound long buried — the ache of a noble without a home, a soul wandering between light and shadow, tenderness and tragedy.

“The ashes of my home have mingled with the snow… and still, I burn.”
— Lady Trixxelyna Nightveil of Whispernight
