FC Housing Disappears After 35 Days Of Inactivity

How do you all feel about this?
Personally, I figure if you can't find SOMEONE to log in and visit it within 35 days, your FC didn't need it and someone who can actually use it should have the plot.

my feelings, SE needs to offer more houses. :/ If the players didn't actually LOSE everything they worked for, I'd be more comfortable about it. There are so few houses available, active FCs should get them, yes.

Im amazed someone would invest that kind of money just to let it get taken away....but yes plots should be available for active fc's..

I dont think that they pay much attention to the details and read shit when getting it .-. lols.

On crowded servers like mine, it must be frustrated for new FCs to try and buy a house only to find the plots all taken by ghost houses.
I'm alright with it. If the FC is dead and no one is doing anything with it, why bother having it still there when other FCs could make use of the land?

and yeah there are two houses in our wards and I have seen no one active what so ever. Thats why i chose the 6th ward for the FC housing for ours ;)
agree can't be active you don't need a house frankly they should do something about the dicks who bought a house for themselves and screw a FC from getting one

Right? There is only one plot i want sooooo bad in the lavender beds and its on a spire, and in front of a large waterfall :D its sooooo pretty.

Lols, I was creepin in their front yard the other day xDD Was in the bush as they came in and out. Idk if any of them noticed me xD like at all despite my name above the bush Dx

For a more challenging feel, or a more realistic. Same concept as HC players, or eltists playing with a limited Hud. :3 they want that challenge ;)

I tried it in Titan hard mode, with a limited hud, and holy hell O_O talk about hard core. i was like fuuuuuuu im too underskilled for this Dx
