Pretty soon after they were added. Small tweak that happened in a numbered patch. Also I'm doing this again for whatever reason XD I prefer the colour change

mine took a little less than a month, but back then, myth was harder to get and the fates did not respawn as quickly. Longest I camped was two hours. My sister and I watched TV while we waited (best tip I can offer). Since you are doing Dragoon weapon, I'd preform your parties for the low level dungeons so you don't get a learning group. 2-3 days getting myth, 1-2 doing book.
