オルシュファンのテンションが日英で違う（違った？）という記事を見て、実際にどう言っているのか見てみました。教皇庁突入前の、彼の名言のところを抜き出してみました。
英語と直訳っぽいもの

細かいニュアンスを正確に把握はできないのですが、英語では比較や最上級を使ったり、感嘆詞が多かったりと、テンション高めのような気がします。「イイ…」は訳出されていない？何か他の特徴的なところでキャラ付けされているのかもしれません。
フランス語では、「～～でありましょうか（いや違う）」のような反語表現が多く使われているような気がします（Si～～という文）。最初のセリフでは、「イシュガルドを新しき平和な世へと導くため」と、日本語版であまり明確にしなかった構想が具体的に表現されています。また、地味に二行目でエドモンさんははっきりと
「オルシュファン……道理をわきまえよ……。お前の立場は彼らと共にあるのではない……。」
と、いさめています。
また、例の決めゼリフも「私は騎士であるからして、私は是が非でも友と兄弟を救いたい」と、民が友に含まれる形になっているのでしょうか。この辺は、「騎士」に対する文化的認識の違いとかがもしかしたらあるのかもしれません。
日本語版だと、アイメリク卿はあまりオルシュファンを頼っていないようにも見えるのですが、この英語フランス語だと「アイメリク卿は我らを頼りにしている（だからその信頼に応えるべき）」
的な雰囲気が出ている感じがします。
他のシーンもいくつか見てみたのですが、やはり日本語のセリフが一番詳しく状況描写しているような気がします。ただ、短いセリフなどにおいては、英語の感情描写が出てきていたりで、結構違うものなのだなと思いました。
