Just a quick read guide that I will probably link to PF parties.
■ Phase 1Ultima Upsurge = Raidwide AoE
Light of judgement = Raidwide AoE
Hyperdrive = Tankbuster (Has a small AoE)
Aero Assault = Knockback (use knockback immunity, Arm's length, Surecast)
Mana charge = Stores the next spell to be used later in the same state (if next spell is fake, when mana release is used, the spell will be fake too)
Mana release = Uses the spell stored by mana charge
Flagrant Fire = Stack/spread, question marks means it's fake so do the opposite
Thrumming Thunder = AoEs, if question marks, stand at intersection
Blizzard Blitz = In/out, if question marks means it's fake so do the opposite
◐ Graven image 1 (Wave cannon and tethers)Spread out
Tether people will be knocked back, go to the edge near the statue
Stack with one person (you can survive the stack solo, BUT DO NOT OVERLAP STACK MARKERS)
Kefka will teleport, go to his teleport spot and stand behind him to avoid the AoE
◐ Graven image 2 (knockback)Statue will glow green, go to that side for knockback (be careful it may switch sides)
◐ Graven image 3 (if not skipped)Two statues, one tethers to tanks and healers, other tethers to DPS
one tank/healer stacks with one dps
then spread out
Watchout for the purple glow, that side of the arena will take damage
Don't stand in puddles
When tethers reappear one tank/healer stacks with one dps
Kefka must be at 60% to skip the other mechanics
■ Phase 2Ultima = Raidwide AoE
Light of judgement = Raidwide AoE
Hyperdrive = Tankbuster (has a small AoE)
Ultimate embrace = Tankbuster (has a small AoE)
Heartless Angel = Drops all players health to 1 (usually followed up by raidwide AoE)
Trine = Triangle AoEs (explained below in more detail)
Celestriad = Outside of circle then inside
(only tanks and healers stack, DPS spread out)
Wings of destruction (one wing glows) = Glowing wing side of the arena is unsafe
Wings of destruction (two wings glow) = Closest person to boss (MT) and furthest away (OT) take a hard hitting AoE
Futures numbered = Will jump to a random player and then cleave in
FRONTPasts forgotten = Will jump to a random player and then cleave
BEHIND Forsaken = Raidwide AoE and set of mechanics (explained below)
► Trine 1 (Small triangles)Three sets of triangles will appear on the platform, stand on the triangle that appears last (the third set)
They will explode with circle AoEs at the tip of the triangles
Once the first set explode, move to the safe area to avoid the next set
Be careful of hallowed wings during this time
► Trine 2 (Big triangle)One big triangle will spawn in the middle with small triangles around the sides
If no triangle is inside the big triangle,
the middle of the big triangle is the safe zone
If a small triangle is inside the big triangle, the
side of the arena with no triangle is the safe zone
○ Forsaken 1 (Skull/orb and tethers)EVERYONE MUST BE HEALED UP TO FULL AFTER FORSAKEN (to reduce the duration of a debuff)
I've split each forsaken into 3 sections,

OT After the first set of tethers, move to the other side of the arena to prepare for wings of destruction (2 glowing wings)
■HealersStand in the middle tower, shield people if possible
After the middle tower goes off and incurable debuff wears off heal everyone
Avoid touching the heads unless they're about to explode
■DPSEach DPS will be tethered to a head
1. Go the side of your head
2. Stand in the tower
3. Once tower disappears, move away from your head
4. When you recieve some health, run into your head (be careful heads will explode in a small AoE when you run into them, try not to kill anyone else)
Use second wind here if you aren't receiving healing
○ Forsaken 2 (Hard Part)NOTE: If you have 98k - 100k DPS you can skip this phase entirely and kill kefka before this phase happensIf you are confused by this phase TL;DR cleaves from clones need to be faced away from party, 4 people need to be inside the north tower
A = North, B = East, C= South, D= West

2. Tanks will stand on the edge between B and C, Healers will stand on the edge between D and C

Prey markers1. You will drop 4 puddles, start at about D or B and make your way towards A
2. Take the tower at A
Other two DPS1. Go to C
2. When Kefka casts
Starstrafe AoEs will drop on you
3. Run towards A
4. There are five AoEs in total, bait the AoEs in the middle
5. Take the tower at A
