Adelle is a solitary miqo'te, not at all uncommon for her race. Her hair is long and erubescent brown, with sun-kissed highlights of golden blonde. She is very short of stature and long of tail, with subtle heterochromid eye pigmentation in sand and rose. She is shy, patient, oft pensive, yet puts on a smile for others, and at her personal amusement. She came to Ul'dah chasing the dry desert winds, hoping to find a bahr bela ma, a sea without water. After long years of searching, it found her instead. Though her thoughts might hearken back to her youth amongst the brooks and branches of the Black Shroud, one is most like to find her curled up on a bed of fluffy pillows, surrounded by gauzy curtains and the susurrations of warm desert wind, dreaming of the dappled shores of a shady oasis.

She delights in endless hours spent reaping the fruits of the earth; sparkling gems, lush flowers, and wriggling fishes. When she is called to fight, she can oft be found on the front line, nimbly avoiding attacks and returning in kind, or standing back to rain death on her foes. Her second calling is the enhancement of allies through ballads of lore or the easing of wounds, and those few times she is not alone, these roles most often suit her.

She is, above all, a dreamer and an explorer. She appreciates beauty beyond all things, loves the sound of flowing and falling water, and has a weakness for tall, silent, tanned elezen men. Her favorite accessory is the sanguine bindi on her forehead, and one day, she would love to have a tail ribbon. She worships Nymeia, the alabaster veiled water goddess and spinner of the fates of all mankind.
