Patch 5.2 will see a number of changes to tomestone currency, including the introduction of a new Allagan tomestone, and the removal of Allagan tomestones of mendacity and genesis. We ask that any players currently carrying either of these varieties of tomestone please exchange them for Allagan tomestones of poetics prior to the scheduled maintenance for patch 5.2.

Allagan Tomestones of Allegory

Allagan tomestones of allegory will be added with patch 5.2. This new currency can only be received after reaching level 80 with at least one class or job.

Allagan Tomestones of Phantasmagoria

The weekly obtainment cap for Allagan tomestones of phantasmagoria will be removed.
* The maximum limit of 2,000 tomestones has not been changed.

Allagan Tomestones of Goetia

• Allagan tomestones of goetia will no longer be obtainable.
  All trials and duties that currently yield Allagan tomestones of goetia will instead offer either Allagan tomestones of phantasmagoria or Allagan tomestones of allegory.
• Players will no longer be able to exchange Allagan tomestones of goetia for items.
  Although Allagan tomestones of goetia will not be removed and may still be exchanged for Allagan tomestones of phantasmagoria, items currently obtained with Allagan tomestones of goetia will be purchased through other means.

Allagan Tomestones of Mendacity & Allagan Tomestones of Genesis

With the release of patch 5.2, any remaining Allagan tomestones of mendacity and genesis in the possession of players will be removed from the game. Players currently carrying Allagan tomestones of mendacity and/or genesis should exchange them for Allagan tomestones of poetics by speaking with Auriana at Revenant’s Toll (X:22.7 Y:6.7) prior to patch 5.2.

Allagan Tomestones of Poetics

Allagan tomestones of poetics will continue to be available from trials and duties up to level 70, as well as several types of Duty Roulette.
