We just did a 22 of 24 FC people day one alliance raid for the 6.3 patch! We'd love to see more of this. Aside from that -

We're all about play the way you want, at your own pace, and help each other out where possible. Have lots of adulting to do? Have kids? Need to afk a lot? No problem. We do ask for players not to don't detract from the others' play -- ie, no begging, no being annoying, etc.

The FC does around 5 or more events a week organized through Discord. Events are fairly all-encompassing, but a sample of events we regularly run are treasure maps, mount/glam/tt farms, EX's, older content, recent content, some social things, current Unreal, current savage tier, BLU stuff, etc. We try to stay away from the party finder where possible for content we want to run! All events are optional and if something sounds good to you, sign up for it through our raid bot on discord. Events tend to be in the later afternoon in to the evening hours through the week and all over throughout the weekend.

A little something for everyone can be found here. Our player base has people fresh in to ARR through the most recent content. We have no requirement to "be good" or demand people "git gud". For harder content, our events are similar to the "learn" party vs "clear" party types so everyone more or less knows what to expect. We find it's much nicer to learn and get better with people we like than deal with the general salt that is the PF route for harder content. We also are staying away from any official "statics" in the FC, opting instead for the sign up raid/event style.

Players that drag the group down or don't fit well are removed; promptly where need be. We don't got time for all of that. Anyone willing to be respectful, play nice with others, and generally here to have a good time is welcome and will have a good time in the FC.

The officers are active and responsive nearly 24/7 and we take a general hardline approach to dealing with problematic players.
