A good but brief workout this morning. This time just doing Cable crossovers
, Standing chest presses
, and lat pull-downs
, all of which were done with resistance bands wrapped around the stairway railing just outside my apartment. My elbows - especially the crease of my elbows - were still a bit sore, presumably due to the Monday morning workout, so I didn't do any arm workouts this time.
But for the session today it wasn't much (I've begun to think that with crafting/gathering I was actually busier
than tank leveling. I'd figure it'd be the other way around!). I just ran some hunts (both Shadowbringers and Stormblood) and a trial on my dark knight. I also did the Holminster trust (managed to get level 71!) as well, but only up to the first boss.
So, from here on out, it looks like the whole agenda has changed now. I'll probably just run hunts and a trial or two, then work on gathering and/or crafting in some form, not sure yet. OR
, just start my streams about an hour later than usual, (assuming I can still get enough sleep I'd rather stream longer than shorter, but we'll see).
