Semi-hardcore raiding group looking for new friends and possible raiders! (Need tanks/healers!)

General info
Our group is always about friends first, and raiding second. We do not pressure anyone to participate in this content if they decide to join our FC, and always put personal health and needs first before prog. We also do daily activities together outside of savage raiding (PvP, Roulettes, Blue Mage, Crafting/Gathering, and more!), and generally hang out on discord throughout the day. Our group has been around on discord for 5+ years now, and over a year in FFXIV. We've enjoyed our time here so much to the point of wanting to open up our group to some new recruits, and hopefully in time, new friends! LGBTQIA Friendly!

Savage/EX Raids
Events are scheduled 4-5 days a week for EX trials, maps, Savage and Ultimate raids. If you want to join for EX/Savage/Ultimates, just be willing to learn, listen to callouts, and have patience while progging!
We're a very patient FC who will not remove you from raid content simply for not understanding mechanics fast enough or missing DPS checks. We work with our members to build confidence, increase skill, refine gear/builds, eventually overcoming those mechanics and DPS.
To be as accommodating as possible for weekly event scheduling, we use a scheduling app to communally decide on our raid days, and post events to discord when decided upon.
Usual event times are 2:30PM - 4:30PM EST, 5PM - 7:30PMEST, or 8:30PM - 10:30PM EST, and may run longer depending on what the group wants. Times may change depending on everyone's schedules, and I try my best to adjust event times to give everyone a fair chance to join in.
Endra and I both have alts as well, allowing us to run 2 groups weekly with 2 chests for both groups.

Raiding is not limited to FC members only, anyone is welcome!
