Here are bar charts and a table showing the number of characters who own mounts obtained by completing savage raids, sorted by server. The bar colours indicate to which data centre the servers belong. These charts reflect the overall number of players who have cleared end-game raids as of patch 5.3.
Summary・Servers of the JP data centres (Elemental, Gaia, and Mana) have a higher number of players who have cleared the end-game raids than servers of the NA data centres (Aether, Primal, and Crystal) and EU data centres (Light and Chaos). This difference is even more significant when it is considered that each JP server has a lower population than the NA and EU servers. Indeed, the proportion of players on JP who own mounts are routinely twice as high, or even higher, than the same proportions on NA and EU.
・The most successful JP, NA, and EU servers in the latest raid (E8S) are Tonberry, Gilgamesh, and Ragnarok, respectively.
・In JP, Tonberry's success is partly due to its large number of active players (14290), which is the highest among all JP servers. If we instead look at the proportion of players who have cleared E8S (shown in the table), the Chocobo server (26.7%) takes the top spot, while Tonberry (20.6%) falls to just above the JP average (18.7%). For reference, the NA and EU averages for E8S are 6.8% and 8.8%, respectively.
・The least successful JP, NA, and EU servers in the latest raid are Unicorn, Mateus, and Twintania, respectively. Though Unicorn is the least successful of the JP servers, it still outperforms 75% of the servers on NA and EU. Mateus on NA is exceptionally unsuccessful when it is considered that Mateus has the second highest number of active players (20800) after Balmung (27079). Not only does Mateus have the lowest number of clears (535), but also the lowest number of clears as a proportion of its population (2.6%).
