Monday Night





An extremely decent Pinball stream today. Pretty active as well, with Keitaro87, lobmo78, and a new visitor named PixelatedPinball coming by and bringing lots of chat. Always good!

But for the Pinball itself, it was some good ol' classic stuff. Zaccaria Pinball went great! I did some different modes this time, like hard mode (wider flipper gap, steeper table incline, and can TILT) and "checkpoint" mode (you start with 60 seconds, and every time you complete an objective the clock resets to 60 and you get another ball, up to 3), and did pretty good overall. Pinball FX3 was almost as good. I only beat a few of my previous high scores, but came close on most others. Pinball Arcade was when things went to shit, surprise surprise. Got about 30 minutes into the shitshow and just called it good (everyone had left at this point as well). So, that's Monday. :|

Tuesday

Okay, so, Episode 14 of Hikaru no Go. This is the continuation of the match between Hikaru and Waya from the previous episode. Looks like some dreams are getting shattered today (I'll give ya a hint: One more episode after this one). And it looks like the next episode is gonna be a barnburnin' slobberknocker!

And this morning's Gems of War session was a super quick one, having done all I needed to do yesterday. I just did some of the dailies and called it good.

Tried out a new game for me called HoloCure - Save the Fans! this morning, since I'm burnt out on Vampire Survivors, but wanted to play a game that resembled it (FWIW Halls of Torment blacks out my TV, so that one's a no-go). Cool game! And Keitaro87 as well as a new visitor named yangwright came by. And even djscrew361 dropped in for a time. Good to see him! Been a long time. He hasn't been playing Gems in a while. Seems he's burned out on it. But for the game, like I said, is a good substitute. And I might actually stream this game in place of Pinball Arcade, since I'm really sucking ass at it right now.



So, a real good and busy stream today. This time it was a split stream, between Pinball and HoloCure. And Keitaro87 & Barnsdale came by. And yangwright dropped in during my Pinball stream, which wasn't expected (he struck me as someone who only sticks with one game ie. HoloCure). And a new visitor named CorpulentManpile also came by too. So, a pretty good and chatty session today. And yeah, sometimes it was distracting. But I don't mind. :)

But for the session itself, it went pretty good. In Zaccaria I beat a few high scores, even in hard modes! I also did some "checkpoint" modes too, which went good and honky dory. And in Pinball FX3 I did my weekly matchup league, which went okay. I should be good to go for the rest of the week. Did a few randos, but nothing came of them. Luckily I wasn't on long, as I wanted to.....

...play some more HoloCure. Went real good. I did a couple runs, with the second one ending in failure (wasn't paying attention to my health, and a small enemy was right on me). I also saw that there's a sorta-kinda farming sim in this game as well. And there's a casino as well, although I didn't have time to check it out, as I had a lot of stuff on my plate. But, definitely playing more of this! :D

Wednesday

This morning's Gems session was just a quick get-in-get-out affair. Just doing a few dailies and that's it. Wanting to get into the farming aspect of HoloCure (it's kinda like a simplistic version of the crafting/gathering system in FF XIV :O), as well as....

...watch the last episode of season 3 in Hikaru no Go. Well, it's the big showdown between Hikaru and Ochi. I swear it's like MMA/pro wrestling, where they had a trash talking/hype up/promo cutting session before the match. And for the match: Well, it looks like I'm gonna have to buy Season 4. :/
