Got a good workout in today, and my bad back held up this time!



I did mostly chest and inner thigh exercises, such as:

Cable crossovers and Standing chest presses, both using resistance bands wrapped around the stairway railing just outside my apartment.
And for good measure I went ahead and did my good 'ol fashioned Dumbbell chest flyes and Dumbbell bench presses, doing an additional drop set for both (1st set at 25#, 2nd at 20#).
Wide-grip push-ups (works more of the chest)
Sumo squats (Trains more of your inner thighs. The rest of my leg muscles are big enough, from doing manual labor/heavy lifting for so many years lol)


But for today's session I did hunts on my gunbreaker, a very tough Tsukiyomi (the psychotic crack smoking chick) trial, and the Holminster trust dungeon all the way up to the 2nd boss, when my gunbreaker hit level 74, after which I just broke off the dungeon and started crafting my tank weapons. So now all my tanks are good to go for level 74. And it will be my dark knight that I'll be working on next.
