Good morning from The Fringes and The Ruby Sea!Short session today. I was at a family reuinion for most of the day, so I only got 3 hours of sleep. So needless to say it was hard to stay awake during my session.
And again, I worked on leveling up my gunbreaker, and managed to reach level 65. Ran my hunts and beast tribes, but couldn't get anything going duty-wise. Got Satsasha on my leveling roulette, but bailed out of that one (someone else did as well, I think). No thanks. After the debuff I tried again and got The Sunken Temple of Qarn, but bailed after two wipes, as well as some very slow going (I forgot to inspect their gear, but I'll go out on a limb and say that they were probably the reasons people are now wanting minimum ilvls in dungeons now).
And I'm also agreeing more and more with people who think level sync should only affect your stats, not the abilities you can use. I often feel like I'm leveling my dragoon again, hitting Impulse Drive over and over again. Makes for some very painful duty running, and a contributing reason why I bail out of low-level duties. I get why they don't do this (basically requires a combat system overhaul), but still.....
But after all this I just went ahead and crafted all my level 66 tank gear, so it'll be a smooth transition when he gets to that level.

Healer died out of the blue on the second boss. The 2 sprout DPSers were basically "We got this!" on the first boss ie. they knew the fight, yet I was the one doing most of the damage on the bees while the other 2 just tunneled the boss. Probably should've said "adds > boss" but I wouldn't have noticed much of an improvement, assuming they'd listen. Basically I'd rather just eat the debuff.
